I am a pediatric physical therapist and I have been using three minute eggs for several months to help the children learn about their bodies, support their posture, and be playful at the same time. The children love them. We continue to find wonderful ways to use them.

I love the 3 minute eggs, they have an endless amount of uses and I find them to be very valuable not only in my own home practice, I like to use them for arm balances, but for many of my students who are dealing with issues like arthritis, carpel tunnel and other aches and pains in general. I love the way they can move through a group practice without having to adjust and readjust the bricks. Have not used Silver Linings yet, but they sound great!

I teach yoga in Madrid, Spain, and I first learnt about the 3 minute egg through an ad in Yoga Journal magazine. I found the idea so clean, and so simple that it seemed almost brilliant to me. I have some students with problems in their wrists that are finally practicing arm balances, thanks to the eggs. Other students love them for opening up their tight backs, they feel great. Definitely, a yoga prop that’s worth a try. Hard to believe nobody thought of it until now!

OMG! I am in love with my eggs! I bring them to all my classes for my students to play with. They love them! My first experience with the Eggs was at one of the studios I teach at. My boss had bought 6 of them. I began to use them when I was there for backbending, planks, easy pose and general alignment of my spine. I quickly began to think about the Eggs when I was not at the studio. I wanted to be there using them all the time. I had to have my own! I even had a student rant and rave about the Eggs to her physical therapist who loved them when she got a chance to use them as well. What more can I say? I think everyone NEEDS some Eggs in their yoga life.

These eggs are great support for my forearms in downward facing dog after a long day at the keyboard at work. I highly recommend them. They also tuck perfectly under my knees for savasanna for that lower spine release.

I love how these eggs can be used in unique & therapeutic ways in my practice. The size also makes them more easily portable than blocks. Go eggs go!

Three minute eggs are like having a massage therapist in your yoga bag. My favorite use is to place one right between my shoulder blades in savasana to release the tension in my thoracic spine. Yum!

The shape of the egg is a lot more comfortable than the standard rectangular blocks. They work well when holding poses for longer periods.

The Three Minute Eggs are awesome! I teach Restorative as well as Vinyasa, and my students all love the eggs for a variety of reasons. In vinyasa they can make balancing postures harder or easier depending on the technique used, and my Restorative students love that they are SO simple to prop with under the knees/shoulders instead of blankets or blocks with hard edges. The 3 Minute Eggs are just wonderful! No fear of grabbing them from the shelf, walking to your mat and fearing that the (otherwise) heavy wooden block cut out of 2X4′s or 4/4′s slip out of your hands and fall on your toes! THey are light to carry, sturdy on upward dog, and better yet, useful to fill in all those spaces left in between the mat and one’s hips in twists! I really love them!

Students in my Yin Yoga class really like using the eggs for supported chest-openers; they are firmer than the blanket or bolster, but less intense than the block. Many folks who are reluctant to lay on the block because of the intense corners enjoy the curved support of the egg.

the three minute egg – how do i love thee? oh so much. honestly, the three minute egg has taken my home practice to a new height. i’ve been practicing ashtanga at home, and i teach power vinyasa. i am very petite, with short arms and the three minute egg gives me just enough extra length to do my ‘jump throughs’. i used them consistently for 3 weeks straight when i noticed that i was able to improve my core strength. i then set the eggs aside and do the jump throughs without the extra aid of the eggs. however – i still use the eggs on a regular basis during my vinyasa practice and all my arm balancing poses. i have recommended the eggs to my students and cannot deny the support and fun the eggs have provided me as both a teacher and a student. i also use the eggs when different parts of my back and shoulders are sore. i use them as props and allow my body to stretch deeper during restorative poses. what can i say? i love my eggs! they are wonderful, happy goodness!

I am especially finding it useful for my students and myself in downward dog, bringing the weight more into the legs, increases the stretch of the back, shoulders and legs. great for restorative as well and much easier on the wrists for those dealing with wrist, arm issues

The Three minute eggs are wonderful. For any yoga practitioner these eggs create a wonderful opportunity to explore your creative nature and take your yoga practice to new levels. For yoga therapy they are invaluable especially for knee and wrist injuries, various types of back problems and some diseases. For me these are a must buy and I have all my students using them in my classes.

I first tried the 3 Minute eggs at the Midwest Yoga Conference and I was hooked — so much more comfortable than the square edges of the blocks. They are both fun and practical.

In a nutshell, there’s nothing quite like 3ME, it has revolutionized my workouts and expanded my thinking and where I can take my clients inside the workout. It shatters the traditional yoga block from existence, for me. It allows for so much more control, flexibility, balance postures and drives the imagination to do more. I love the Three Minute Eggs. I feel they have helped me attain improved postural alignment in my personal yoga practice. I also use them to support children with physical or developmental challenges to realize that they too can experience asanas with poise, alignment and steadiness. The eggs are a great invention … and so much fun!

My eggs are a foundation block to my continued studies in asana. They are a focus point, and a centering bring my bodies energies back to the midlines. This product is most useful for those whose bodies aren’t square, like mine. They have brought a heathy attention to my alignment, and I know they do for everyone I’ve taught with them as well. I recommend this product whole heartedly, even if your body is square, you will find more comfort with these than normal blocks every day.

I love my Eggs! I have them around at all time. I use them as props in my yoga practice, or as comfort enhancing props for when im resting or just lounging around the apartment. As an intructor, I take them to my privates and my clients love them.

I bought them at the Yoga Journal Conference in NYC last week. They are amazing! I have 2 “hard boiled” eggs for my vinyasa practice and 4 softer eggs for alignment and restorative. I recommend them to all of my students! I can’t even imagine using those clunky, rectangle blocks anymore! Great for students with wrist compression issues-nothing comes close.

I love my Eggs. I know everyone raves about them for yoga, but in my case it has been all about the back. They are the perfect shape for stretching my back and have helped me straighten myself out after two different “threw my back out” episodes. Simple and effective.

I’ve been doing yoga for 9 years and teaching for 7 and the three minute egg is the biggest breakthrough in my practice ! even if you just put them under youre back before and after class they are worth it but you can do thousands of other things with them mike steiner …..toronto

The key phrase here is either “diversity” or “multi-purpose”. There is no end to the ways in which the Three Minute Eggs can be used. Sitting, lying, standing, inverting, back bends, and of course playing with the cat! They are lightweight and durable, incredibly easy for travel to counter the long hours of in-flight hunching.

Our movement studio never, ever used any kind of yoga block before the Three-Minute Eggs. These are an organic experience that helps each student in an individual way–like our yoga.Our students have gone creative with the eggs. I’m based in the UK and have gone to a lot of trouble to import the 3 minute eggs. They are absolutely wonderful – for a whole range of uses. I find them really useful when I teach private sessions as they are so versatile. They are particularly brilliant for restorative poses and heart opening backbends. Everyone who uses them loves them and I just wish I could get hold of them more easily in the UK!!

I purchased a couple of eggs last June for my personal practice. As a Purna Yoga studio owner, I believe these are the most versatile prop a yogini could ever own :D I find them most useful for traditional restorative poses AND they are changing the speed with which my body releases due to their unique supportive design. Kudos to the designer and the company for sharing these with the world. We can all stand to move through this life a little more relaxed and at peace ?

Love my 3ME! I teach privates and they are the best tool to carry around to assist in restorative as well as a yoga practice. Perfect for transportation, they are readily adaptable for any kind of yoga practice. My fav way is with back-bending made easy. Thanks or an incredible product!

We started using the 3ME’s at the Easton Yoga Center (EYC) about a year ago + the response has been overwhelmingly positive. for one thing… the name. then the yummy colors. and when students finally get their hands on the curvy shape + feel its solid support, they too fall in love. our blocky-blocks are the last ones claimed before class. today, we wore Eggs on our heads to help with centering + even 92-year old Helen had a blast balancing that beautiful, incredibly lightweight blue egg as she stood unwavering in vira II. I’m a yoga teacher and I purchased my first couple dozen eggs three years ago to use with my older students. I shouldn’t have limited myself. The eggs are egg-ssential! I wedge them under hips in half-reclining warrior to keep pelvises level and group them in threes for supportive chest openers. I could list egg-samples until the hens come home to roost but the bottom line is Three Minute Eggs help people who have limited range of motion achieve poses they thought were impossible and they deepen the work of advanced yogis. Three Minute Eggs are extraordinarily versatile compared to traditional blocks.

The Eggs are wonderful! I prefer using them over blocks because they’re much lighter, and their ergonomic shape allows me to incorporate them into many more poses. With their help I’ve been able to conquer poses I’d never thought I could. Great for all levels, and many types of yoga!

I love 3ME’s!!! As a yoga instructor and student, they are extremely versatile, comfortable and (let’s face it) totally cool! I use them for difficult poses, like splits and arm balances, and to provide support for sore joints. I even passed a pair on to my parents, who use them a few times a week, with the help of 3ME’s videos. Awesome product, awesome results!!
