Aadil Palkhivala instructs his 500-Hour Teacher Training on how to use the ergonomically designed Three Minute Egg® in several specific Therapeutic Yoga applications, while explaining the benefits over traditional square blocks. In Part One of this three part video series, Aadil focuses on how to incorporate the Eggs into poses that release tension in the lower back and the sacroiliac joint. He continues in Part Two by moving into poses on the back that incorporate the Eggs underneath the sacrum. To conclude Part Three, Adil demonstrates how the Eggs assist with long term movement of the lumbar spine, a very common correction for yoga students who do front bends.
